Refund Policy

A contract free relationship will be taken into consideration by Nexus Wave and its clients. Neither party may designate this business association as a partnership, joint venture, or any other type of business association.

Once the company has finalized the services and top solutions, Nexus Wave and the client will decide on the start date of the services. Fees will be charged in accordance with the completion date.

Without providing at least one month’s notice, the respective client is unable to withdraw from or fully transfer the service commitments to another service provider firm. The Nexus Wave retains the right to work with other service providers to fulfill certain professional obligations.

Payment

Before any work is done, clients who purchase a monthly service package from The Nexus Wave must pay the entire amount due.

The Nexus Wave retains the right to provide its clients flexibility with regard to payment. Prior to work commencing, clients are responsible for paying at least half of the total charge; the remaining balance must be received within seven days of the initial settlement. The Nexus Wave may take legal action if clients fail to submit the necessary monthly payment by the deadline.

Accountability

Due to delays in liable and necessary services resulting from natural or extraordinary emergencies, The Nexus Wave shall not be liable for any indirect or notable failures.
As a result of the services that The Nexus Wave rendered to each of its clients under this agreement, the clients shall defend, indemnify, and hold The Nexus Wave harmless from and against all affirmations, liabilities, losses, and expenses.

The Nexus Wave disclaims all liability for statements made by third parties in connection with any deceptive advertising claims, infringement cases involving services or goods sold by the client, copyright or trademark cases, patent claims, litigation resulting from disruptions or malfunctions in the client’s services, or any content submitted by you for The Nexus Wave to publish.
The public will eventually have access to the features of digital media information or content provided for publishing by The Nexus Wave individual clients.

The Nexus Wave disclaims all responsibility for the content screening process and for any failures or losses of goodwill, profit, or business acquisition resulting from the published content.

Any of the foregoing terms and conditions may be amended, added to, or removed at any time by The Nexus Wave. Clients will be advised of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
